Hi, I’m Megan

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Louisiana. I have worked in a variety of settings with a variety of populations. I specialize in depression, anxiety, life stressors, ADHD and trauma. I am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT as well as CBT and DBT.

When I’m not with clients, you can usually find me at my favorite coffee shop with friends, reading a book outside, or walking my dog on the nearest trail. I practice what I preach and make sure I fill my cup with activities that bring me joy.
